Selling a car usually falls apart on logistics, not price. Somebody has to drive it somewhere, somebody has to follow them home, and somebody has to figure out the title, the notary and the loan. Most people give up and take a worse offer just to make it simpler. You don’t have to. We come to you, bring the paperwork, and it costs nothing.

1. Tell us what the car is and where it is. Send the year, make, model, mileage and location through the offer form. We come back with a real number within 24 hours.

2. Pick a time. If you take the offer, we schedule the pickup around you — your home, your work, or wherever the car is sitting.

3. We arrive with the paperwork done. Our transport team brings everything already prepared, walks you through what you’re signing, and confirms the car matches what you described.

4. You get paid, and we take it from there. Payment is handed over at pickup. We load the car, pay off any loan, and file the transfer. You don’t drive anywhere.

You need this if the car isn't where you are, or you aren't where we are. A few common ones:

You're in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Toledo, or somewhere in between and the good offers are all in Columbus. You've moved out of state and left a car behind at a parent's house. You inherited a vehicle two hundred miles away. You're selling a second car and can't drive two at once. Or the car simply doesn't run.

Waiting doesn't help. A car sitting unused still costs you insurance, registration, and value every month it ages. Vehicles that sit also develop problems that lower the number later — flat spots on tires, dead batteries, seals drying out.

Distance doesn't. There's no pickup charge, no mileage deduction, and no transport fee buried in the paperwork. If we quote you a number and the car is four hours away, that's still your number.

What moves it is the car itself — year, trim, mileage, condition, service history, and current central Ohio market values. Underbody condition matters, and it varies a lot across these six states depending on how much salt the roads get.

Across Ohio that means Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Toledo, Dayton, Akron, Youngstown, Athens, and every town between them. Nothing in the state is too far.

Outside Ohio we pick up in Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Northern Kentucky and eastern Indiana are close enough to be routine. Pittsburgh, Detroit, and Louisville are regular runs.

Worth knowing if your car has spent its life in one of these states: they all salt their roads, and underbody condition varies a lot between them. A West Virginia truck and a southern Ohio truck of the same year can be far apart underneath. We look at each one rather than assuming.

If the car is somewhere just past those borders, ask anyway. If the vehicle and the number make sense, we'll usually make the trip.
